I love the designs to color and it is very enjoyable.I took a diabetic class and diabetes can be very stressful,my instructor had a copy of this book and all got to "take a look" at it,and I am sure others bought the book as well. I bought this coloring book thinking I'd love it as a meditative exercise. I was disappointed when it arrived and was smaller than I expected (my bad for not reading the specs well enough), so I can't really use crayons for it - it's more of a colored pencil kind of book, because the lines are small and hard to get into. I think this book would be better if it was just...bigger. Having said that, there is something appealing about being able to toss it into a purse or travel bag for a brief sojourn into coloring and play anywhere, not just at home. I'm kind of undecided on this one.

The artwork is so beautiful, that is it a pleasure to color. There are different types of options floral, geometric etc. So you can select the type of art based on your mood.
The pages are nice and thick, so colors don't bleed on to the back of the page. It also makes it easy to use different coloring mediums. I have used color pencils, water colors and gel pens so far.

A delightful book for many hours of relaxation, for sure!
