Shame that this app is neglected. The description shows that the last update was in 2022, but there are issues with this app, like putting your mood for an activity causes the app to crash and some of the videos are no longer on YouTube. Uninstalling and finding a similar app. Will update this review if anyone is also searching for an up-to-date app. EDIT: The closest one I found is Don't Panic. There is a safety plan tool, diary/journal, depression management tips, etc.

During Covid 19, was feeling isolated, depressed, stressed even keeping in touch with people by texting and didn't want to rely on them when my anxiety was getting the better of me, as they were trying to keep their own spirits up. Decided I needed something else to help me and this app was it. Very user friendly, flexible, with insightful options. So happy I gave it a try!

I love the fact I haven't seen any ads yet, but the app is super buggy. It closes every time I try to turn on the test reminder or set a mood for a task. Too bad, too. It's a cute app with a lot of what I need. Uninstalling until an update fixes this.
