After a brief stint as an Assistant Professor of a local university, Tara left to focus on her private practice full-time, quickly growing it into a group counseling practice with a diverse focus. Tara’s personal experience includes working with a wide range of clinical issues, from eating disorders and anxiety to spirituality and existential crises. However, her specialty and passion is working with couples and those in relationships, focusing on creating effective conflict and increasing intimacy.
