Professional Background

I have been practicing for 12 years, areas of focus include relationship dynamics, women’s health, working with healthcare professionals, family of origin trauma, ADHD and sexual and reproductive health.

Currently I see clients for individual therapy and also provide ADHD testing. I often work with clients around relationships, sexual identity, finding work/life balance, family of origin trauma, living with neurodiversity, behaviorally treating ADHD and general identity development.

I have worked in multiple settings including community mental health, university counseling centers and private practice. I have worked with diverse adult populations in New Mexico, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. My Psypact endorsement currently allows me to see clients outside of Colorado, the state I am licensed in.
