“You are not alone in your struggles; they might even be more common than you imagine. It takes courage to reach out for support, but it is important to prioritize your mental health and well-being. Remember that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You are worthy of love and understanding. Heavy burdens are always lighter when carried together, and that is exactly what therapy is all about.”
