Lauren Reiff is a mental health therapist based in Pennsylvania. She is a fresh and enthusiastic addition to the field, having graduated with her MA in Mental Health Counseling in Spring of 2023. She works at a private practice and enjoys helping adults and teens with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, relationship issues, and life purpose/direction concerns.

Lauren primarily utilizes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) with her clients as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In addition, she enjoys tapping into aspects of Existential Therapy and Narrative Therapy to support her work with individuals.

She strongly believes in both the inherent resiliency of human beings as well the benefits of having a philosophy-of-life. Therapy is a true investment and one that she believes achieves the best outcomes when clients are empowered via their own mental health education.
