Elizabeth Meyer LICSW CPCC is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in private practice and is the founder and Clinical Director of Elizabeth Meyer Counseling. Elizabeth brings decades of experience and her passion for healing, personal growth, and transformation to her clinical work. Elizabeth loves to work with women as they navigate through life transitions, especially the transitions from pre-pregnancy through pregnancy and continuing on into parenthood. Elizabeth also loves to work with young women as they embark on their professional careers, navigating the increasing complexity of their work and interpersonal relationships.
In practice, Elizabeth uses a strengths-based perspective combined with a warm and supportive approach that meets clients where they are. Her training combines a psychodynamic approach with mindfulness, somatic-based approaches, and evidence-based energy techniques.
