Jamesalina Tyus is a psychotherapist, community advocate and fitness enthusiast. Her clinical work focuses on: poverty, community violence, socioeconomics and mental health, weight loss and mental health(wellness), maternal mental health, adolescent mental health, women’s issues, military families, adjustment disorder, and healthy relationships.

Jamesalina has over 12 years of experience working with children who experience community violence and violence in the home. She is also versed in the socioeconomic aspects of mental health as it relates to the overall mental health and wellbeing of the individual.
