Professional Background

Abby Klemm, MT-BC has been a professional music therapist since 2016. She has experience working under the Medicaid Waiver in Indiana providing music therapy for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Currently, Abby resides in Cincinnati, OH where she is a staff music therapist for Music Therapy Services, LLC. Abby provides group and individual music therapy services through a trauma-informed, resource-oriented approach. She uses person-centered and strengths-based lenses to assist clients in accessing their potential through the power of musical connections. Abby has extensive experience working with individuals throughout the life span who have experienced trauma, mental health, and developmental needs. She has additional training in music therapy with adolescents and introductory training in utilizing the DIR-Floortime© model within music therapy.
