Are you feeling depressed?

It’s normal to feel sad sometimes. But for people with depression, these feelings don’t go away. They may cause deep sadness, hopelessness, low energy, or even thoughts of death.

This 5 minute depression quiz can help give you an idea of whether depression symptoms are negatively impacting your life, as well as how to cope with or treat it.

Disclaimer: While this quiz helps indicate potential symptoms of depression, it is not a medical test and does not provide a diagnosis. Only a licensed mental health professional can diagnose depression or other mental health conditions. You are encouraged to discuss any concerns you have with a mental health professional, for which resources will be provided at the end of the quiz.
