Michael Vallejo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a solo private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. For over 16 years, he has supported children and teens to improve their mental and behavioral health. He is passionate about helping kids reach their full potential and providing parents and caregivers the tools to support their child’s healthy development.

Michael supports children and teenagers in using inner strength and external support to overcome adversity. His approach is non-judgemental, collaborative, and strengths-based. He has been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapies.

Michael enjoys learning about the mind-body connection, as well as how brain science can be utilized to support clients in managing their mental health. He has been trained to provide neurofeedback.
