Professional Background
Ashley M. Stuck is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Applied Human Services from Pennsylvania College of Technology and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Louisville. Ashley has been working in the field for over 10 years providing services for children, adults, seniors, and individuals in the military.
Ashley has experience in both individual and group therapy to address issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, addiction/substance issues, and social, life and parenting skills. Since late 2018 Ashley has been working as a Military and Family Life Counselor providing non-medical walk around counseling services to various branches of military service members, spouses, children, and in the school setting.
Ashley is passionate about education, awareness, and empowerment regarding mental health, available treatments, community resources, and building support networks. In practice, Ashley believes in joining individuals where they are in their mental health journey and tailoring their experience to best maximize the outcome toward wellness. Ashley uses several different modalities in order to best serve the individual/s including strength-based, solution focused, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.
