Our team was pretty impressed by Drinker’s Helper, as it offered all the basics of a drink tracker and some educational courses for free, plus a robust way to connect with others working toward sobriety. This community element can make a huge difference for folks feeling alone in their journey, and the anonymous, small-group setup is a great way to feel less alone.

Members can share their pledges and streaks in the group chat, as well as anything else they’d like to share. It the group our reviewer tried, members were ready to share tips and their favorite alcohol-free drinks, as well as share when they made mistakes and what they plan on doing differently in the future.
