Cynthia Flores (She/Her/Ella) is a Latina licensed marriage and family therapist, coach, and speaker. Throughout her career in mental health, Cynthia has integrated culturally-informed, trauma-informed, and social justice-informed therapeutic services to children, adults, and families with the Latinx/e, BIPOC, and WOC communities. She has worked with clients who have experienced PTSD, oppression-based trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and imposter syndrome as they navigate entrepreneurship.

In her practice, Cynthia integrates a holistic and evidenced-based approach, with techniques such as EMDR, mindfulness based practices, somatic-based practices, CBT, solution-focused practices, attachment-based therapy, and mindset practices to help support her clients on their healing journey.

Cynthia’s intention is to guide and empower individuals to heal their relationship with themselves, reclaim their narrative, and live the life they want on their own terms.
