Do social situations make you anxious?

If you feel nervous, self-conscious, or afraid of being judged when you’re around others, you’re not alone. Many people experience some level of social discomfort. With social anxiety however, the fear of embarrassment, rejection, or being watched becomes overwhelming and gets in the way of your daily life.

This quick, 5-minute quiz can help you get a sense of whether symptoms of social anxiety may be affecting your well-being, and offer ideas for how to cope with or treat it.
