What Is Trulicity?

Trulicity, containing the active ingredient dulaglutide, is FDA-approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.1 FDA approval means the medication has undergone rigorous evaluation to demonstrate its safety and efficacy for a specific medical use. It may also be used off-label as a medication for weight loss. Trulicity Patient Assistance Program

There are Trulicity Patient Assistance Programs available for eligible individuals. These programs assist qualified individuals by providing financial aid or reducing out-of-pocket costs associated with Trulicity. Eligibility of these programs can vary and often depends on your income. These programs typically require that you have some insurance.

Patient Access Network Foundation (PAN)

The Patient Access Network Foundation (PAN) is an organization that provides financial assistance to make prescriptions more affordable.   • Be prescribed Trulicity for FDA-approved use
  • Be enrolled in a commercial drug insurance plan
  • Not enrolled in state/ federal, or government-funded healthcare programs
  • Be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico
  • Be 18 years or older

The Rx Advocates

The Rx Advocates is another organization that can aid in paying for a Trulicity prescription. Using Rx Advocates can lower the Trulicity cost to as low as $70 for a 30-day supply if you qualify.

  • Individuals qualify if their annual income is up to $40,000
