She trained in San Francisco, a mecca for awakened sexuality and alternative lifestyles, before moving back to her hometown of Denver and co-founding Mile High Psychotherapy LLC with her husband in 2011. Indigo specializes in sex therapy, including issues with libido discrepancy, sexual pain, trauma, and out of control sexual behavior. She also works relationally and individually with LGBTQIA clientele and with non-traditional relationship styles, including BDSM and consensual non-monogamy.
Indigo’s work is informed by embodiment practices such as somatic (body inclusive) psychotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness.
