Professional Background

Indigo Stray Conger has been a therapist since 2008. Indigo specializes in sex therapy, including issues with libido discrepancy, sexual pain, trauma, and out of control sexual behavior. She also works relationally and individually with LGBTQIA clientele and with non-traditional relationship styles, including BDSM and consensual non-monogamy.

Indigo’s work is informed by embodiment practices such as somatic (body inclusive) psychotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness.
