One of the standout features was the weekend availability. When I signed up on a Saturday, I found multiple same-day appointments, including in the evening.

I was able to connect to LiveHealth Online therapy sessions via both the website and the app without experiencing any technical glitches. However, many user reviews online report frequent technical issues, including difficulties logging in, dropped calls, and problems with video sessions.
I found the website lacking in transparency about HIPAA compliance. While I was able to locate HIPAA-related information in the Terms and Privacy policies, I would have preferred to see this emphasized more throughout the sign-up and scheduling process—especially when prompted to upload medical records, lab results, or other forms. Having clearer reassurance about data security would improve the user experience.
