Do you experience sudden, intense fear or panic?

Panic can feel overwhelming, with symptoms like a racing heart, shortness of breath, or dizziness that come on quickly and without warning. While it’s normal to feel scared sometimes, frequent or unexpected panic attacks can interfere with daily life and cause ongoing worry about when the next one might happen.

This quick, 5-minute quiz can help you understand if panic symptoms are affecting you and provide guidance on how to address or seek support for them.

“While this quiz helps indicate potential symptoms of panic disorder, it is not a medical test and does not provide a diagnosis. Only a licensed mental health professional can diagnose panic disorder or other mental health conditions. You are encouraged to discuss any concerns you have with a mental health professional.”
