Are you curious which type of ADHD best matches your experience?

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) doesn’t look the same for everyone. Some people struggle most with focus, organization, and follow-through, while others experience restlessness, impulsivity, and an ongoing need for stimulation. Many live with a mix of both.

This 3-minute quiz is designed to help you better understand the type of ADHD symptoms you may be experiencing: inattentive, hyperactive/impulsive, or a combination of both. You’ll also see results if your symptoms are mild or don’t strongly align with ADHD.

Disclaimer: “While this quiz helps indicate potential symptoms of ADHD, it is not a medical test and does not provide a diagnosis. Only a licensed mental health professional can diagnose ADHD or other mental health conditions. You are encouraged to discuss any concerns you have with a mental health professional.”
