Gabrielle is a licensed clinical social worker based in Sarasota, FL. She has been in the mental health field for over a decade, specializing in working with adults and older adults on issues such as grief and loss, chronic health conditions, anxiety, life transitions, burnout, and caregiver stress. Gabrielle has worked in many different areas of social work, including victim’s advocacy, child protection, care management, and private practice. Her clinical training includes EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but also integrates eclectic approaches such as sound healing and expressive arts. Gabrielle is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for clients to learn how to regulate their nervous systems and integrate deeper mind/body connections.
After recognizing her own burnout, Gabrielle sold her group practice in 2021 to focus on consulting with other therapists, entrepreneurs, and healers on burnout prevention and recovery techniques, and how to scale their businesses without burning out. She also enjoys training therapists on clinical issues, such as working with older adults, working with clients who are struggling with chronic illness and chronic pain, and how to incorporate vagus nerve work into the therapy room.
