ADHDOnline has a 1.56-star rating from the BBB and a 1.7-star rating on Trust Pilot. However, when I called ADHD Online’s customer service line, I spoke to a live agent right away and found them to be professional and helpful. I can understand why reviewers were so upset about the lack of responsiveness, especially because many of them needed help with important issues like refills or billing disputes.

The cost of Done is similar to ADHD Online, but their billing policies are different. Done is a subscription-based service, so you pay a monthly fee that covers services for that month. The cost of Done is $199 for the first month and $79 for future months. The monthly fee includes video appointments for medication management as needed, unlimited messaging, automatic refills, and 24/7 support. Depending on where you live, medication shipping may be available. Done also does not accept insurance, but will assist with submitting out-of-network claims.

Like ADHD Online, Cerebral is an online mental health platform that offers medication management and therapy for ADHD. One of the key differences between the two platforms is that Cerebral also treats a range of other mental health conditions, like anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, and more. Cerebral also has an app with self-care tools, including learning modules, meditations, and other relaxation exercises. Unlike ADHD Online, Cerebral does not treat children, prescribe controlled medications of any kind, or offer assessments for ADHD (only treatment).
The overall cost of Cerebral is less than ADHD Online. Cerebral is a subscription-based service and offers a medication management plan that costs $99 monthly. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to try out the platform myself, but based on my research ADHD Online may be worth a try if you are an adult or the parent of a child that may have ADHD.
